The primary purpose of this position is to assist in the administering of medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician under the direction of nursing staff.
This role requires accurate preparation, administration, and documentation of oral and/or topical medications while strictly following facility policies and state requirements.
The successful candidate will maintain a friendly, productive working relationship with nurses, physicians, and pharmacists while participating in quality assurance and safety committees.

Licensed Medication Aide certification required
Administer oral and topical medications safely
Verify resident identity before medication pass

Measure and record resident vital signs
