The primary purpose of this job is to attend to and greet visitors and answer the telephone, limited to clerical duties in the Reception/Administrative area.
Essential duties include providing general administrative and clerical support, checking visitors in, informing employees of arrivals, maintaining logs, handling mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the reception area.
This position requires a high school diploma or GED, with previous administrative or receptionist experience being preferred, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite and multiline phone systems.
