  • The primary purpose of this job is to attend to and greet visitors and answer the telephone, limited to clerical duties in the Reception/Administrative area.
  • Essential duties include providing general administrative and clerical support, checking visitors in, informing employees of arrivals, maintaining logs, handling mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the reception area.
  • This position requires a high school diploma or GED, with previous administrative or receptionist experience being preferred, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite and multiline phone systems.
