Job Summary

  • Serve as the strategic leader for organizational improvements and loss intelligence with the bakery by partnering with key stakeholders.
  • Build a strategy and Zero Loss Journey that will enable the bakery to deliver the Org Pillar deliverables for the current phase.
  • In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
