This role owns product-level quality from design through field performance, ensuring seamless integration of hardware, firmware, and electromechanical subsystems.
Drive product-level reliability testing (HALT, HASS, burn-in, and environmental stress screening) and feed results into design improvements.

Base: $145,000 - $165,000; Bonus/Equity: discretionary company bonuses, potential stock compensation; Benefits: health care coverage, dental and vision, 401(K) participation including company matching, company paid holidays with unlimited paid time off, life and disability protection
