Job Summary

  • In this role as the IPT and Cost Account Manager, you will lead others and direct phases of cross-organizational projects with oversight and management responsibility for space parts and high reliability components supporting multiple electronics projects.
  • You will develop program organizational and work structures, top level program and execution plans, and facilitate the resolution of program issues while supporting program execution through coordination of program metrics and best practices.

Base: Level 4 (Senior): $126,650 - $171,350; Level 5 (Lead): $156,400 - $211,600; Benefits: Competitive base pay, variable compensation, health insurance, retirement plans

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • More than 7 years related work experience

  • Experience working in cross functional environments
