Job Summary

  • This role plays a critical function in delivering seamless employee data execution across global HR programs and transformations—including M&A, job architecture redesigns, reorganizations, large-scale promotions, and system implementations.
  • Oversee end-to-end data readiness and execution for global ES programs, driving alignment, risk management, and seamless cutover while enabling stakeholders through training, communication, and strategic partnership.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, HR, or related field
  • 5–10 years of experience in HRIS, HR data, or HR technology roles
  • 5+ years of experience with Workday or similar HCM systems
  • Experience managing high-visibility programs with significant HR data impact
