The Environmental Permits and Approvals Specialist will be responsible for obtaining and ensuring compliance with environmental permits, licenses, approvals, and agreements for major infrastructure projects.
The role offers an annual base salary range of $98,000 –$130,000 CAD, along with a comprehensive total rewards package including group benefits, RRSP matching, and performance-based bonuses.

Key Requirements
Minimum ten (10) years of professional experience
Bachelor's degree in planning, engineering, environmental studies, architecture or equivalent
Experience acquiring permits from TRCA or other Ontario Conservation Authorities
Knowledge of relevant Ontario legislation (e.g., Environmental Assessment Act)
Experience with stakeholder engagement for Federal, Ontario, and Municipal approvals
