The Clinical Staff Pharmacist provides generalized pharmacotherapy services to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and/or geriatric patient populations.
This position communicates and collaborates with physicians, Clinical Pharmacy Specialists and patients, to provide clinical consultation, monitor drug therapy, and offer cost-effective alternatives, as appropriate.
