PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager to oversee project budgets and cost management for a listed property developer. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in a relevant field and have at least 10 years of experience, particularly with local and Asia-based projects

Job Summary

  • Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies, and budget appraisals,including development of cost plans for project evaluation and approval
  • Carry out quantity measurement and preparation of Bills of Quantities(BOQ), as well as detailed cost data compilation for project planning purposes
  • Support procurement activities by working with internal teams to sourcevendors, maintain approved vendor lists, and provide technical and quantityinputs
