Your primary focus is to understand placement requirements, onboard candidates, address candidate questions, and ensure “Helpers” are fully prepared and confident when matching with patients.
This role requires strong empathy, persistence, and the ability to balance candidate advocacy with operational needs while delivering a positive and seamless onboarding experience.
