Job Summary
The Franchisee Recruitment Manager is responsible for Inspire’s franchisee recruitment strategy for new and existing franchisees generating a consistent pipeline of potential growth opportunities.
This includes, but is not limited to, integrated franchisee recruitment marketing, vetting and qualifying leads leveraging technology tools, and working cross-functionally with the development and communications teams.
Develop and maintain franchisee recruitment and lead generation performance metrics and reports (funnel ratios, CPL, CPS, lead source data, etc.).
