  • The RN Field Staff Supervisor is responsible for completing in-home assessments, medication reconciliation, supply inventory, and ongoing medical status updates for Rehab Home Care (RH) and Private Duty Nursing (PDN) clients.
  • This role ensures clinical compliance with accrediting agencies, state regulations, and funding source requirements while delivering exceptional support to field staff and clients.
  • Success in this role includes adherence to Centria policies and clinical standards, flawless execution of visit-related tasks, timely and accurate documentation, and meeting or exceeding qualitative and quantitative KPIs.
