Job Summary
Reporting to the Shareholder, this role will be responsible for executive compensation and benefit matters that require Shareholder’s and/or Board’s approval
He / she will play a critical role in benchmarking all base and variable pay programs (STIP and LTIP) for our senior executive team in multiple countries
Will also oversee the small team that manages executive payroll, global mobility and review of information that requires Shareholder’s approval
