Natera is seeking an Organ Health Specialist to drive growth in the nephrology market by promoting their diagnostic products, Renasight and Prospera. The ideal candidate will have extensive sales experience, particularly in laboratory or diagnostic sales, and will be responsible for managing client relationships and executing strategic business plans

Job Summary

  • Drive growth and market development within the general nephrology market by cultivating new and maintaining existing key relationships, executing strategic business plans, and promoting the adoption of Organ Health products.
  • Achieve and exceed performance goals through effective sales strategies, client relationship building, and territory management.
  • The total On Target Earnings (OTE) offers a competitive base salary and uncapped quarterly commissions, a car allowance, and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
