Base: $22.90 - $34.35 per hour; Bonus: Sign-on bonus available for qualified external candidates after 90 days; Benefits: Comprehensive suite including PTO, health insurance, and retirement match

Key Requirements
Active LPN license or Medical Assistant certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 45 days
