Assures that dictated reports are transcribed in a timely, accurate manner and are readily accessible for patient care and healthcare operations, and that medical records are current, complete, readily accessible, accurate and timely.
Designs, implements and maintains quality control measures, PI indicators and productivity monitors, assuring confidentiality of all protected health information.
