This is a 12 months' contract role based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, focused on ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through strong product, process and client knowledge.
You will cooperate with internal partners, support other teams, and participate in trainings, projects, and system testing to continuously improve operational processes.

Must-have
Client onboarding and account maintenance
Knowledge of bank products and processes
Customer communication experience
High attention to detail
Fluent in written and spoken English
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good PC skills including Excel and Word
