  • The Client Responsiveness and Accountability Assistant (CRA) is placed under the supervision of the MEAL Manager and supports the implementation of CRA actions at the field level.
  • The CRA Assistant conducts feedback sessions, focus groups (FGDs), and beneficiary surveys.
  • The position is designed to contribute to improving the capacities and strengthening the resources of populations to prevent and mitigate crises, manage change, and strengthen self-reliance and resilience.

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
