Job Summary
The Client Responsiveness and Accountability Assistant (CRA) is placed under the supervision of the MEAL Manager and supports the implementation of CRA actions at the field level.
The CRA Assistant conducts feedback sessions, focus groups (FGDs), and beneficiary surveys.
The position is designed to contribute to improving the capacities and strengthening the resources of populations to prevent and mitigate crises, manage change, and strengthen self-reliance and resilience.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in humanitarian assistance, social work, human rights, international law, social sciences or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in humanitarian contexts
Proven expertise in setting up accountability mechanisms
Excellent written and oral communication skills in French
