Job Summary
The Reporting & Compliance Manager is a key leader within Xylem’s Financial Shared Services (FSS) organization, supporting our mission to #SolveWater by delivering consistent, high‑quality global finance operations.
Responsibilities include leading the development and delivery of standardized FSS reporting packages, owning and maintaining governance documentation, and partnering closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs) and Regional FSS leaders.
