Job Summary
The Prep/Bar Back will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service to all guests that is consistent and continually in accordance with the Epicurean Hotel [Hotel Name] service standards and Mainsail Lodging & Development standards.
The Bar Back will also be responsible for helping all other staff and operations to maintain a well-organized, clean, and well-stocked outlet.
Provide service to bartenders in a timely manner, prepare beverage garnishes and mixes, and ensure proper stocking and rotation of beer, liquor, wine, and consumable items.
