Job Summary

• You will lead the entire pre-opening project, including organization, recruitment, onboarding, procedure deployment, operational readiness, and establishing a solid management framework.
• You will supervise all departments, ensuring operational excellence, seamless customer experience, service quality, and brand standard compliance.
• You will define and deploy the resort's commercial and positioning strategy, working on revenue, distribution, reputation, segmentation, local partnerships, and demand development for leisure and seminars.
