Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience
  • 6+ years of experience with business processes and re-engineering
  • 5+ years of experience capturing requirements using Gherkin
  • 3+ years of experience capturing user stories
  • 3+ years of business analysis experience in system engineering/software application
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, LWC, Aura, Tableau CRM)
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Valid Salesforce certification (preferred)
