Must-have

  • 3 years operational support experience in IM environment
  • Minimum 5 years Service Now and Integrated Tools experience
  • Knowledge of ITSM, ITAM, ITIL, and KPI reporting
  • Technical certification in A+, Security+, Network+, or Cisco CCNA
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, organize, schedule, and execute assignments

Nice-to-have

  • Manufacturing Engineering or Supply Chain experience supporting IM systems
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP and Apriso MES
  • Fluency in French, German, or Spanish
  • Advanced ITIL certifications beyond foundations
  • Knowledge of Airbus IM standards and methodologies

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Eligible for employment in the US with current work authorization
  • Minimum 3 years operational support experience in an IM support environment
  • Minimum 5 years experience working with Service Now and Integrated Tools
  • Technical certification in A+, Security+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate, or Cisco CCNA
