Job Summary

  • The Change Management Lead is accountable for the end-to-end change strategy and execution for Phoenix, ensuring employees across regions and functions understand, adopt, and sustain new processes, systems, and ways of working.
  • This role will design and run a structured change management approach (communications, stakeholder engagement, training, readiness, and adoption measurement) in close partnership with PMO, functional workstream leads, and regional leadership.
