Workday is seeking a Senior Principal Program Manager for their Business Technology PMO to lead complex federal technology initiatives. The ideal candidate should have extensive program management experience in the SaaS industry, particularly within federal compliance frameworks.

Job Summary
Lead the planning and execution of Workday’s most complex, cross-functional Federal programs, including FedRAMP authorizations, IL4/IL5 migrations, and sovereign cloud initiatives.
Serve as a key liaison and spokesperson for Business Technology in discussions with government auditors, agency partners, and external regulatory bodies.
