Job Summary

  • This role will be the single point of contact for HSBC in the sub-region, dedicated to ensuring a high level of client interface and develop client relations with their satisfaction on their facilities.
  • You will be accountable for the achievement of the Management Plan and all key performance indicators including responsibility for managing the capital and expense budgets, short and long-term regional projects, operations and maintenance.
  • Coordinate discussions with each direct report regarding goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning and incentive/salary administration.
