Job Summary

  • We’re looking for a UX Researcher to join our Office of the Chief Financial Officer (oCFO) insights team in our Vancouver or Victoria, Canada.
  • You will be empowered to own and craft a research roadmap for your product area, working closely with product, design, and other stakeholders to ensure research efforts are aligned with priorities.

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years professional research experience
  • 3+ years evaluative, generative, quantitative, secondary research
  • 3+ years product development process experience
  • Masters degree/PhD or equivalent experience
  • Experience in financial services space
