Base: $122,800.00 - $184,200.00; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus and annual bonuses available; Benefits: Health insurance, life/disability insurance, savings plan, PTO, company paid holidays

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM with 8 years experience
  • Master's degree with 6 years experience
  • PhD with 4 years experience
  • Must obtain and maintain DoD Secret security clearance
  • 5+ years experience in solid rocket motor or ordnance design
  • U.S. Citizenship required for government clearance
