Base: $212,100.00 - $318,100.00; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonuses and discretionary bonuses; Benefits: Health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays and PTO

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM and 16 years experience or Master's and 14 years
  • Knowledge of Civil Space and Sciences domain
  • Prior Northrop Grumman experience
  • Ability to travel 25%
  • Preferred active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Preferred Master of Science or MBA degree
  • Preferred INCOSE or systems engineering certification
