Must-have
HVAC and refrigeration project management
Technical knowledge of chillers and refrigeration systems
Project scheduling and financial control
Health and Safety compliance and CDM regulations
Stakeholder and subcontractor management
Nice-to-have
IOSH or NEBOSH certification
APM/IPM membership or working towards
Knowledge of PSSR and BS EN378
SMSTS / CSCS certification
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project
Strong communication skills
Key Requirements
Project management experience in HVAC or industrial refrigeration
Ability to interpret P&IDs and engineering drawings
Understanding of CDM and on-site Health & Safety
Willingness to travel to London and Southern UK sites
