Identify, negotiate, and develop strategic alliances for Colombia and Mexico that generate relevant benefits for delivery partners (RTs).
Prospect new allies, build a pipeline of opportunities, and evaluate the potential impact of each alliance on the delivery partner experience.
Define KPIs for alliance success, analyze portfolio performance, and propose strategic decisions for expansion, renegotiation, or closure of alliances.
