Job Summary

  • This role involves managing daily clinic administration including front counter duties, appointment scheduling, and inventory maintenance.
  • The position requires handling basic accounting tasks such as reconciling transactions, managing accounts payable/receivable, and preparing financial reports using Xero.
  • Candidates must be willing to work a 6-day week totaling 44 hours, including weekends, while communicating with patients in English and Mandarin.
