Job Summary

  • Our Engineers support internal and external manufacturing operations to remain operational, continuously improve and innovate.
  • The Maintenance Shift Engineer partners with the Operation’s Shift Manager to ensure processing areas operate at peak efficiency and drives maintenance work execution and prioritization.

Base: $87,300.00 - $137,400.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, sick days

  • Troubleshooting equipment failures

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in engineering or related scientific field with 2 years experience
  • High School Diploma/GED with 5 years manufacturing or maintenance experience
  • Experience in Manufacturing, Maintenance or Military environments
  • Communication and organizational skills
  • No relocation required
  • No VISA sponsorship
  • Regular employee status
