The Sr. Scientific Manager is a strategic leader within the Medical & Scientific Affairs organization responsible for developing and executing the laboratory focused Medical Affairs strategy for an assigned portfolio.
This position requires strong partnerships across internal teams and external engagement with national pathology lab experts, oncologists, professional and patient associations, and pharmaceutical partners to advance biomarker testing and support adoption of companion diagnostics and precision medicine solutions.
The role is based in Indianapolis, IN and offers a salary range between $148,800 and $276,300 with potential discretionary annual bonus and benefits.
