Job Summary

  • Lead the MSAT function of the site, being responsible for all aspects of product lifecycle on site, focusing on performance, delivery, capabilities, behavioural development and talent management to enable the site to achieve its business objectives.
  • Responsibility for the site’s key technical business processes: Product Lifecycle Management (Technical Risk Assessment, Product Control Strategies, Continuous Process Verification, Process Robustness Assessment).
  • Proactive Talent Management, including succession planning and building capabilities within the technical team while actively supporting the GSC Graduate program and GSC Industrial Placement Program.
