As a Rehab Aide, you will assist your fellow caregivers administering a wide variety of therapeutic techniques to patients managing functional limitations, impairments and disorders.
Ultimately, your efforts help enhance treatment outcomes, improve motivation, boost morale and provide a welcoming environment to all those you meet.
A caregiver who excels in this role will support inpatient and/or outpatient Physical Therapy and Orthopedic teams, including checking and maintaining par levels of supplies, ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels and storing supplies as received.
