Job Summary

• The Assistant Director of Facility Operations is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of essential support services across NRG Park, with primary responsibility for housekeeping, sustainability and pest control management.
• This role ensures that all facilities are maintained at the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, environmental responsibility, and guest experience while supporting the operational demands of large-scale events and daily campus operations.
• Lead sustainability initiatives including waste reduction, recycling, composting, and water conservation, and collaborate with internal teams on sustainable event operations.
