Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • 3 years Nursing/Patient Care experience
  • 3 years Wound Care experience
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or Illinois
  • Wound Care Certification (WCC) required within 1.5 years
  • Certified Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse (CWOCN) required within 90 days
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Up to 20% travel required
