  • The Kitchen Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the kitchen as set forth by the Executive Sous Chef and Director of Food & Beverage.
  • Responsibilities include assisting in the day-to-day managing of the kitchen staff and operations, scheduling, and performing various cooking and cleaning duties.
  • The role requires the ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, stressful environment while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
