Key Requirements

  • Expertise equivalent to M.S. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Ceramics, or Materials Science & Engineering
  • Experience in new technology and/or product development
  • Experience with web/film coating processes
  • Demonstration of scale-up of products and technologies
  • Experience with development of test methods
  • Experience with creating and executing DOEs
  • Familiarity with coated abrasive use and development
  • Legally authorized to work without sponsorship
