This role combines direct territory management of the Texas region with leadership responsibilities for Territory Sales Managers across the U.S., managing, developing, and protecting customer relationships while coaching and mentoring a high-performing sales team.
Success in this position requires strong leadership, consultative selling skills, and deep knowledge of the building materials and metal construction industry.
