Job Summary
Contribute to a global implementation of Salesforce.com, serving as a point of contact for administrative configuration, maintenance, reporting, and training.
Work on Salesforce.com projects, enhancements, customization, support, and maintenance, including custom development for application integration and working closely with business users to develop requirements.
This role is critical to the ongoing SFDC and digital transformation initiatives company wide, requiring configuration and customization of an evolving global Salesforce.com Sales and Service Cloud environment.

agile, agile-fall, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies

fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin or Hindi
Key Requirements
8+ years of experience in Information Technology
3-5 years' experience implementing and configuring Salesforce.com
Bachelor’s in computer science or related field
Certified Salesforce.com Developer (preferred)
Up to 10% travel may be required, some international
