Job Summary

  • Under the guidance and support of the Multidisciplinary Team, you will deliver exceptional clinical treatment and support to individuals with a lived experience of mental illness.
  • The Continuing Care Team provides specialised treatment and ongoing support throughout the week during business hours.
  • Full time employment comes with a monthly Accrued Day Off (additional day off per month!)

Salary

RPN Grade 3 NP81 - NP74 ($100,932 - $112,091 per annum); OT/SW Grade 2 YB20 - YB23 or YC42 - YC45 ($88,030 - $101,197 per annum); Benefits: Salary Packaging

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years post qualification clinical experience
  • RPN, OT, or SW registration
  • Victorian driver's license
