Job Summary
The Operations Manager oversees, leads, manages, and performs various tasks associated with the day-to-day operations of Lynx EMS at their assigned satellite location(s).
Duties will include the review and approval of staffing, scheduling, and related issues, and may include counseling and assisting employees.
The Operations Manager will identify and work to improve administrative and operational functions for Lynx EMS, LLC, and review the activities of emergency medical staff providing leadership and guidance.
