Job Summary
Support the delivery and implementation of HR initiatives and assist the regional HR Advisory team with people matters across the employee lifecycle.
In conjunction with the regional HR Advisory and ER teams, support Employee Relations cases, ensuring adherence to group policy and local requirements.
Play an active role within the team environment, working collaboratively with HR COEs, sharing knowledge and business insights to facilitate joined up HR execution.
