Job Summary

  • Support the delivery and implementation of HR initiatives and assist the regional HR Advisory team with people matters across the employee lifecycle.
  • In conjunction with the regional HR Advisory and ER teams, support Employee Relations cases, ensuring adherence to group policy and local requirements.
  • Play an active role within the team environment, working collaboratively with HR COEs, sharing knowledge and business insights to facilitate joined up HR execution.
