Job Summary

• The Medical Affairs AI Operations Lead is the execution engine for AI transformation and responsible for assessing and redesigning Medical Affairs workflows, building AI playbooks for AI-assisted work, driving enablement, and sustained adoption across HQ Medical Affairs and Field Medical.
• This role ensures AI capabilities translate into measurable productivity improvements and durable behavior change by embedding AI into existing habits, deploying role-based training, establishing feedback loops, and coordinating rollouts across regions and functions.
• Partner with Compliance to ensure workflows support MLR review requirements, adverse event reporting obligations, and promotional/non-promotional guidelines.
