Key responsibilities include leading a team of approximately 15 Individual Contributors and 2 Managers through all phases of the Subcontracts lifecycle, supporting a dynamic, fast-paced restricted program, and owning contractual management and responsibility for suppliers.

Salary
$175,400.00 - $263,200.00; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus, potential Long Term Incentives for VP/Director; Benefits: Health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays and PTO

Key Requirements
Bachelors Degree with 7 years, or Masters Degree with 5 years or High School Diploma/Equivalency with 11 years combined experience
Minimum of 3 years experience leading a team, process, and/or projects
Subcontract management experience for subcontracts in excess of $50 Million
Ability to obtain/maintain DoD Secret and TS/SCI clearance
