  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, communication with hiring managers, and offer preparation.
  • Contribute to the annual people planning and budgeting process for the upcoming year, including salary increase planning, headcount planning, new hire planning, and personnel cost forecasting.
