  • The Senior IT Systems Support Analyst will act as a key escalation point for system issues, partner closely with Finance and Audit, and ensure reliable system operations during critical close cycles.

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years IT systems support experience
  • Hands-on Epicor ERP experience preferred
  • Experience with Hyperion, NetSuite, or OneStream
  • Experience in heavily audited SOX-compliant environments
  • Strong documentation and process flow skills
