The Manager, Mobile Solutions is responsible for the global delivery and operations of NBCUniversal’s mobile ecosystem, including smartphones, tablets, MiFi devices, and related services.
This role oversees end-to-end mobile lifecycle management, Level 1–3 support operations, device infrastructure, and the overall end-user mobile experience, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of mobile hardware and software worldwide.
This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both technical expertise and people leadership in a complex, global environment.
